Located on the edge of the village just 800 metres from shops, supermarket and restaurants in the centre just 2.5 km from the beach. Riding 700 m. Port 4 km. Sailing school 10 km. Golf 15 km.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms (1 x 140 cm wide bed in each), a quadruple bedroom (4 x 90 cm wide beds) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds).
The ground floor has a comfortable living room which leads to the dining area which in turn leads to the modern, well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker...). The pool room has large sliding patio doors which allow access to the patio. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed). Bathroom and a shower room. Two separate toilets.
The interior is light and airy and the decor carries touches of bright colour, overall it is very smart and comfortable.
The garden is enclosed by hedges, though there is no gate. There are lawns and a patio area where you can sit outside and eat and enjoy the views over the verdant countryside. The house is equipped with plenty of good quality garden furniture and a barbeque.
The great thing about this house is its peaceful setting in close proximity to the charming village centre which has an award-winning boulangerie, a nice choice of restaurants including a very good creperie. The nearby sandy beaches are huge and unspoilt, there are a surf school and lovely walks in the dunes which are home to numerous nesting wild birds.
