This is a pleasant villa set on a hillside with a large terraced garden and a superb swimming pool. Well located within walking distance of the beach 500m, in a small hamlet just up the coast from the delightful seaside resort of Propriano 2km. Ajaccio airport 69km and Figari airport 45km. Sperone 18hole golf course 62km.There are lovely sea views from the living room and terrace.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Bathroom with corner bath and shower stall. Separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen diner with access to a terrace with built in barbeque. Large living and dining room with an aquarium, fireplace and access to a terrace with sea views. Double bedroom (independent access at rear of the villa) with a raised double bed (1 x 140cm wide bunk style) and en-suite shower room with toilet.

The fabulous pool is situated on a lower terrace which commands beautiful views of the mountains. The owners live discreetly on the grounds in an independent studio which is set apart, they share the driveway.

Decor in the villa is neutral and practical. Furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional. There is wi-fi internet access.

The grounds are enclosed with lawned areas and plenty of room for children to play, hedges provide considerable privacy.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Change-over charge €140 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 (or equivalent) payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
