Located within walking distance of the shops, cafe and restaurant which are just 800 metres from the villa. The beach is 1.5 km and there is a surf school nearby. Port 4 km. Sailing school 10 km. Riding 500 metres. Golf 15 km. TGV station 25 km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) along with a bathroom.
The ground floor has a good sized modern kitchen which is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker...) and open to the dining area. Comfortable living room with satellite television and DVD player. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) and a shower room. Two separate toilets. The pool room has a lockable door for child security.
The interior is light and airy, everything is in very good order and there is a generous 175 m² of living space.
The superb big secluded garden is fully enclosed and covers 2300 m². There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing as well as eating outside where you can enjoy a barbeque. There is parking space for four cars on the grounds as well as one in the garage.
The nearby sandy beach is huge and unspoilt with lovely walks in the dunes behind which are inhabited by numerous wild birds which are protected.
