Charming villa to let in the Landes, set in gardens of around 2,000 m². Heated 45 m² swimming pool. Jacuzzi. Quick-surface tennis court, air conditioning. ‘Lette Blanche’ beach 7 minutes’ drive away. Very peaceful yet close to everything.

Five bedrooms – sleeps 8 (plus 2 children, on request) – 2 bathrooms – 1 outdoor shower room – 3 toilets – lake beach within walking distance – ocean beaches 7 minutes’ drive away. 2 TVs – Wi-Fi – air conditioning – large veranda and three bedrooms. Air-conditioned.

Summer rentals from Friday to Friday – minimum one week.Measuring approximately 160 m², this very pleasant holiday villa with a private swimming pool and tennis court features, on the ground floor, a small living room, a spacious air-conditioned veranda, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (two of which have one 160cm double bed each, with new bedding: these two bedrooms are air-conditioned) and one with two new single bunk beds). These bedrooms share one full bathroom, with a bath and walk-in shower, and a toilet. There is a fourth separate guest bedroom with a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet; this area is self-contained and opens onto the outside.

The interior is pleasant and is currently being refurbished for the 2027 season. Comfortable – On-site assistance –

Upstairs, there is a spacious, air-conditioned attic bedroom with two single beds and one double bed, and a small, separate attic guest bedroom with one single bed, a washbasin and a toilet. The whole space is comfortable, simple and pleasantly decorated in a holiday style, currently undergoing a ‘refurbishment’ for the 2027 season.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, and gas. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Security deposit 500€ (or equivalent) is payable locally in cash. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are available for hire for a supplement of 15 € per person per stay (must be ordered well in advance, preferably at the time of booking), payable locally in cash. Electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Obligatory final clean 120 euros are payable locally in cash. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
