Located just 200 metres very easy walk from the beach, port and the sea, a super holiday house for an unforgettable holiday. Outside access to a wooden garden leisure room with a Jacuzzi for five people and games area. Lorient is 25 km. Shops in nearby village 2 km. Restaurant 200 metres. Sailing school 20 km. Riding 5 km. Golf 20 km. TGV train station 20 km.

Villa accommodation covering 125 m² on two floors for 9 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The upper floor has two single bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a double bedroom. Bathroom with toilet. There is an additional 120 cm wide bed which can be put in one of the aforementioned bedrooms.

The ground floor has a smart, open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar which is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker...). Dining area and a comfortable living room with television and DVD player and access to the conservatory. Double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom. Separate toilet.

The enclosed garden has lawns and a nice patio for eating outdoors and having a barbeque. There is plenty of garden furniture and parking on the grounds or garage.

This is a really nice property for a family holiday, the villa has all you need and the conservatory is perfect for the occasional moments when the weather isn't so good whilst the jacuzzi is very relaxing. In a charming peaceful setting, you can easily walk down to the pretty port and small beach set on the estuary or along to the village for bread, basics and a drink in the local bar. A ten-minute drive and you come to the open sea and magnificent huge sandy beaches backed by sand dunes with lovely walks where you can enjoy the bird life in particular. Just over the bridge in Belz, there are excellent supermarkets, market and good restaurants. Nearby Plouhinec has an award-winning boulangerie and a nice typical Breton village centre.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €750 payable locally. Linen and towels (not beach towels) available for hire 20€ per person. Tourist tax payable locally 0.50€ per person per day. The villa must be left as found or pay a cleaning charge locally of 100€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
