A large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, American fridge, nespresso coffee maker, opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool and offers a panoramic view of the sea. Three bedrooms, one with double bed (140 cm), one with two single beds (90 cm) sharing a bathroom with balneo bathtub and shower, the other one with a double bed (160 cm) and en suite shower room with separate toilet.

The whole is new, the dishes are refined, Tv in each room. Safe. Dryer. The whole has a reversible air conditioning.

Beautiful swimming pool (65 m2)with outdoor spa, garden furniture, large terrace with washbasin, barbecue, all is located in a peaceful environment of scrubland and sea.

Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Credit card details retained to cover potential damages with a limit of 1500€.
