Facing the sea which is just 20 metres walk this luxury villa with heated indoor pool offers a wonderful holiday base just 4 km from the historic port of Roscoff which has marvellous restaurants serving delicious seafood, Breton 'creperies' and boutique shops. This is a villa where you can enjoy a holiday at any time of year.

Villa accommodation covering 300 m² on two floors for 11 people, 5 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, outside hot tub, billiards, kayak and bicycles, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious light living and dining room which leads to an open plan fully-equipped kitchen (with induction hob, two refrigerators, freezer, pancake maker, dishwasher etc.). There is also a leisure room with billiards table and sitting area with television and DVD player. Two double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds in each) both with a shower room and two separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds in each) and a bunk bedroom (two 190 x 90 cm bunk beds). Bathroom and toilet.

The villa has one part which has been completely renovated and the other part was newly added in 2017, the equipment and comfort levels are high quality. The swimming pool is eight meters long and is heated to 30° and has an electric cover for child security. For babies, there is a cot, high chair and a pushchair. Extra bed available.

The grounds cover 760 m² and there is a lawn area. The outdoor hot tub is for five people and it is heated to 38° all year and the patio terrace is equipped with garden furniture for dining outdoors as well as relaxing. There is parking space for two cars within the grounds and there is also space on the road which is a quiet cul-de-sac. There is also a useful cycle store.

There are eight bicycles (six for adults of which two have child seats attached and two for children) and a kayak available for your use so you can explore land and sea at a leisurely pace. With the beach just 20 metres from the house this is an ideal holiday base.

The price includes :

Water, electricity, heating, tourist tax, cleaning once a week, bed linen and towels (beds are made on arrival), a large and a small towel and a washcloth per person, a pool towel and bathrobe per person.

The price does not include :
