Superb modern, fully air conditioned villa, built in 2008, set in a large, secluded, gently terraced garden with a beautiful swimming pool and splendid uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.

In a peaceful country setting on the edge of a small hamlet almost equidistant from Bonifacio 10km and Porto Vecchio 12km both of which are easily accessed via an easy, mainly straight road. Local shop 4km. Figari airport 25km. Sperone 18 hole golf course 11km.

The accommodation is split- level and comprises a guest toilet, Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with shower room and toilet en-suite, further double bedroom (1 160cm wide bed) with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. Bathroom with toilet. Five steps lead down to the living and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A few more steps to shower room with toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), both these bedrooms have access to a terrace.

The furnishings are modern and comfortable, fittings and equipment high quality and stylish, décor is very tasteful and restful.

There is a very large terrace with steps down to the infinity pool with terrace enjoying fabulous views.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Change-over charge 200€ payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
