Delightful modern villa set in a good sized garden within easy walking distance of wonderful beaches and watersports facilities 100 metres. Golf, tennis and riding 1km. Shops 500 metres from the gite. Located in Moliets near the highly reputed resort of Hossegor. Biarritz airport 65km. Bordeaux airport 150km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds). Bathroom and a separate toilet.

The decor is very pleasant and the furnishings comfortable.

There are a large covered terrace and sandy garden. All in all, this is an ideal beachside holiday house.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Obligatory final clean 30€ payable locally in cash. Local taxes and reasonable consumption of services including water, electricity and gas. Garden maintenance.

The price does not include :

Security deposit 500€ (or equivalent) payable locally in cash. Linen is not provided. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
