In southern Corsica near Porto Vecchio this rare shepherds house so typical of the region has a heated private pool and is situated in a serene rural setting with beautiful views of the countryside, just 5 km from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 80 m² all on one level for 5 people (price shown is for 4, extra person supplement for a child making 5), 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker etc.). Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en-suite shower room.

The furnishings are an elegant vintage style which is very much in keeping with the interior style. An extra child’s bed is available for a supplement of 60€ per week. Cot.

The good-sized grounds cover 2000 m² and there is a really nice 7.5-metre-long swimming pool with an alarm for child security. There is a summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha along with garden furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors.

This is a place where you could spend a memorable holiday any time of year. Set on an agricultural property here you can enjoy rural Corsica and easy access to the coast.

A great choice of sandy beaches including Golfo di Sogno, Marina di Fiori, Cala Rossa and St Cyprien within a range of 4 to 8 km. Slightly further are the famous beaches of Pinarello, Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. The prehistoric site of Castellu d’Araggio is 15 km drive. Le Castellu d’Arghju is a megalithic site which commands a magnificent view of the coast as well as historic interest. The shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as the marina of Porto Vecchio 6 km.
