About this holiday rental

With private swimming pool and tennis court set in a garden 5000 m², this country house is located in a small hamlet just a short drive from the charming village of Lauragais. It offers the peace and quiet of the countryside as well as an ideal base for visiting the Midi Toulousain and the Ariege, very interesting regions with numerous historic monuments and fortified "bastide's".Rented in August preferably by two weeks from July 30th to August 13th and from August 13th to August 27th.

There are three double bedrooms (1 x 140 cm wide bed in each), a bathroom with a toilet as well as television and wifi internet.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room 35 m² which opens onto a covered terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Separate toilet.

The house is fairly basic though it has all you need for a self-catering holiday.

Within the huge grounds, there is a 9 m x 5 m pool, with a security system for children and a retractable cover which is very good for keeping the pool warm in the low season in particular. The hard surface tennis court was recovered in 2016 so it is in excellent condition. There is also a table tennis table and plenty of garden furniture. There are two mountain bikes available for your use.

Nearby is a freshwater lake, 800 metres, where there is fishing, water sports and swimming.

The property is nice and tranquil, the local villa 2 km. Toulouse, a fabulous city is 30 km. The Ariege 40 km. There are lots to discover all within proximity of the Pyrenees.

This is a very pleasant, very reasonably priced holiday property. In August by fortnight: from 31 July to 14 August and from 14 August to 28 August.

Security deposit payable locally 500 € (or equivalent) in cash.

The house must be left clean, otherwise final cleaning: 65 euros payable locally.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
