The upper floor has a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en-suite toilet and a washbasin. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Shower room and separate toilet.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room (50m²), with large fireplace and patio windows, equipped with television and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) all with access to the terrace. Bathroom with toilet and a further separate toilet. Laundry room.

The villa is light, airy and spacious with comfortable furnishings.

The garden is very large with lawned areas, plenty of plants and mature trees. The pool is heated to a minimum 26 degrees.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit payable locally 900€. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and firewood.
