The upper floor has a family bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed and two 80 cm wide folding beds) with balcony. Single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed). Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with terrace and sea views. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with balcony. Further family bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed and 1 x 90 cm wide bed) with terrace and sea views. Bathroom and toilet.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, spacious, light and airy living and dining room opening onto the terrace and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Shower room and separate toilet. At the other end of the villa, there is another brand new kitchen, fully equipped, with a round table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with toilet and double sink, and a bedroom with double bed.

Spacious villa with comfortable furnishings and pleasant decor. Electric roller shutters. Sea views only from the upper floor.

Lawned gardens with swimming pool. The terrace has a retractable canopy for outdoor dining. Two bicycles and a sea kayak available on request (used at own risk - supplement payable locally).

The price includes :

charges included, water, electricity (based on the average consumption of the villa according to the seasons), firewood, sheets and household linen, towels and a bathrobe per bathroom. Cot and high chair on request, changing table, stair gate, on request and subject to availability.

The price does not include :

The security deposit: 900 €. Amount charged if there is an overrun of the usual electric package at 0.15 € per Kwh as well as the electric heating of the villa. It is possible to rent 3 adult bikes (35 euros/week/bike) and 2 children's bikes (25 euros/week/bike).

The tourist tax is to be paid on site.
