Set in the heart of the Périgord Noir section of the Dordogne between Belves which is one of the most beautiful mediaeval towns in France and Siorac this charming, fully restored riverside villa has a private heated indoor pool and very big grounds.

Villa accommodation comprised of the main house 60 m² and the annexe 25 m² (always taken together) for 7 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, wifi.

The main house ground floor has a living and dining room with access to a nice private area of the garden which is equipped with garden furniture for eating outdoors along with a parasol for shade. Nice light fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, refrigerator etc.). Shower room with walk-in shower, toilet. Double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed).

The upper floor (accessed via stairs in the ground floor bedroom) has a twin bedroom (with a 110 cm x 190 bed and a 90cm x 190 bed).

The main house is an authentic Périgourdine home with plenty of traditional charm. The annexe is situated 15 metres from the main house.

The annexe has a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (140 cm x 200) along with a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The big grounds cover 10000 m² and there is a play area with swings for children as well as a boules area and a barbecue. In the ground floor of the mill close by (where the owners live on the upper floors, very discreetly, you will not see them and you have exclusive use of the pool, games room etc.) there is a big games room with table tennis (inside or out) and table football. In the same ground floor area of the mill, the pool room has an eight-metre-long swimming pool which is heated constantly to 28º and has a jet stream for swimming against as well as a music system for CDs or MP3 player.

Shops 3 km from the property which is in the commune of Sagelat. Most of the main sites of the area are located within easy driving distance.

The price does not include :

Security deposit 500 euros payable locally.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
