About this holiday rental

Three charming stone gites (always booked together during school holiday periods, otherwise available separately) set in large grounds sharing a covered, heated swimming pool. The largest house is big enough for everyone to dine together, the two smaller houses are best for two people but will sleep four. The nearest beach, shops and restaurants are 4km. Brest 25km.

The main gite 1 (85m2 living space, sleeps 6) has a living and dining room (configured for 10/12 people to dine together) with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchenette. Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds). Bathroom with over-bath shower and a separate toilet.

There is a terrace with garden furniture for dining outdoors and relaxing along with a barbeque.

The smaller gite 2 (28m2 living space, sleeps 4) has a living and dining area with television, double sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette. Stairs (fairly steep) lead up a gallery (sloping ceiling) with a double bed. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

The smallest gite 3 (26m2 living space, sleeps 4) has a living and dining area with television, double sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette. Stairs (fairly steep) lead up a gallery (sloping ceiling) with a double bed. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

It also has a terrace with garden furniture for dining outdoors and relaxing along with a barbeque.

The communal part of the grounds are child-friendly and have slide and swings as well as badminton. The indoor pool is set near the gites, it is heated and covered so well adapted for use any time of year.

The price does not include :

Payable locally bed linen, sheets and towels.
Compulsory final cleaning (200 €) and expenses not included (water 6 € m3, electricity 0,20 € the kW ), as well as the tourist tax (0.36 € / day/person over 18 years).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner.
