About this holiday rental

Smart, contemporary villa with hot tub and steam room, large garden and magnificent sea views. Port de Doelan 700 metres. Shops and restaurants 5km. Tennis 5km. Riding 6km. Moelan Sur Mer 5km. There is a path at the end of the garden leading to the creek which has some sand and the coastal pathway. Main beach 9km.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms (180cm x 200cm bed in each – can adapt to doubles). Twin bedroom (2 beds 90cm x 200cm – can adapt to double). Children’s bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds). Bathroom with twin sinks. Separate toilet.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with double sofa bed, home cinema system and satellite television, fireplace and beautiful views. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and laundry room. Relaxation room with hot tub (for up to 8 people), steam room and sauna (for up to 4 people). Separate toilet and shower stall.

Cot and up to two high chairs available on request.

The garden has a large terrace overlooking the sea complemented by a barbeque.

The price includes :

Linen, beds made on arrival.

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit (600 euros),
Tourist tax: payable all year round from 16 years old: from 1.10 € to 2.20 € per day and per person (subject to change by the municipalities)
Extra bed: 60 € per bed and per stay
Change of linen during the stay: 90 € (bed linen and towels)
Pet : 30 € per pet per week
End of stay cleaning option: 170 €.
Beach towel rental: 5 € per towel
Cleaning during your stay (on request): 30 € / hour;
In the case of a tenant driving an electric vehicle, a supplement of 100 euros per week is required, to be specified when booking
