Pretty family home in a restored 18th century farmhouse set in parkland with uninterrupted views and guaranteed peace and quiet, with large, secure private swimming pool. Located 20 km from the town of Angers and 1.5 km from the village of Ecuillé.

Approximately 450 m² and in two parts, the south gable comprises: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room with wifi. In the "big house" (adjoining): 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 wc, 1 lounge, 1 study (TV, piano). A large, fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and a large central island for multi-cookers.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1: 90x190 bed and a bunk bed (2 children). Private washbasin, shower and WC.
Bedroom 2: RDJ South 2 beds 90x190 (close together for king size). Private bathroom (shower in bath, wc).
Bedroom 3: South floor 2 beds 90x190 (close together) 1 bed 90x190. Private bathroom (shower in bath).
Bedroom 4: East floor with sloping ceilings 3 beds 90x190 (just washbasin).

Bedroom 5: 2 beds 90x190 (close together for king size) bathroom (bath, shower, wc).

Bedroom 6: 2 x 80cm beds that can be joined together to make a 160cm bed.

In the south gable:

bedroom 7: south-facing window with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be moved closer together. Private bathroom (shower, wc).
Bedroom 7: south floor 2 beds 90x190 (close together) bathroom (shower in bathtub), separate private wc.

Outside, in grounds of 5000 m², large private swimming pool (12x6m) and several terraces with garden furniture. Barbecue. Petanque court. Parking for several cars.

Supermarket 5 km away. The region is full of resources: visit the many châteaux in the area, hire a barge on the river without a licence, visit Terra Botanica. Angers 20 km away (stroll along the cobbled streets, markets, restaurants, dance halls on the banks of the Loire... Tapestries of the Apocalypse, the Cadre Noir in Saumur, Fontevraud Abbey, La Flèche Zoo, 2 18-hole golf courses 5 km away.
