About this holiday rental

Beautiful Provencal Mas with heated pool and spa leisure room with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as yoga, dance or sports room, in a very peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing. The accommodation sleeps 14 and adapts well to families, groups and small workgroups.

Villa accommodation covering 300 m² on 2 floors for 14 people, 7 bedrooms (all with flexible bed arrangements), 7 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, wifi.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms (each with a 180 cm x 200 bed which can convert to 2 x 90 cm wide beds if required) all with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Double bedroom 50 m² (with a 180 cm x 200 bed which can convert to 2 x 90 cm wide beds if required) with en-suite bathroom with big bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet. Double bedroom with grey décor (with a 180 cm x 200 bed which does NOT convert) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The lower floor has a spacious living and dining room and an open plan modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, American fridge/freezer, ice maker etc.). Double bedroom (with a 180 cm x 200 bed which can convert to 2 x 90 cm wide beds if required) en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The interior is very tasteful both the décor and the furnishings which are modern yet in keeping with the architecture of the house. Underfloor heating downstairs and reversible air conditioning upstairs.

Outside there is a large covered terrace which is perfect for eating outside and enjoying a gas hot plate grill overlooking the pool area which is equipped with fourteen sun loungers for relaxing. The pool is seven metres long and the same wide with steps leading into the heated water. A table tennis and darts board are also at your disposal. This is a great place to stay all year round and you can visit the local vineyards which include Chateauneuf-du-Pape which is around 40 minutes easy drive.
