In Rustrel overlooking the Colorado of Provence, this beautiful converted traditional “Mas” with secluded private fenced pool offers luxury holiday accommodation in a gorgeous tranquil setting.

Villa accommodation covering 300 m² on 2 floors for 12 people, 6 bedrooms (some bed flexibility possible), 6 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a very pleasant spacious air-conditioned comfortable living room 35 m² with television and views of the Colorado Provencal and garden. Two dining rooms, one in front of the kitchen with bay windows (which concertina fold away completely so it can be fully open) opening onto the garden and pool and one next to the living room in front of the fireplace with French doors to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, mixed electric and gas hob, Nespresso coffee maker etc.). Air-conditioned double bedroom which opens onto the garden 16 m² (160 cm wide bed) with bathroom with twin sinks 7 m² and separate toilet. Another double bedroom 15 m² (160 cm wide bed which can adapt to 2 x 80 cm wide beds if required on request) with shower room and toilet 3 m². Laundry room.

The upper floor left wing has an air-conditioned double bedroom 16 m² (160 cm wide bed) with shower room 7 m² with twin sinks and separate toilet, opens onto a large balcony terrace with magnificent views. Double bedroom 13 m² (160 cm wide bed) and shower room with toilet 3 m². Twin bedroom 12 m² (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with shower room and toilet 4 m². At the top of the central corridor, there is a large air conditioning unit which offers sufficient cool air for all three bedrooms here and there is access to the large balcony terrace with stunning views.

The upper floor right wing has a double bedroom 15 m² (160 cm wide bed) with shower room and toilet in the eaves 4 m².

The big grounds cover 5000 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool which is fenced for child security. There is a covered terrace in front of the living room 30 m² for eating out in the shade and an uncovered terrace in front of the dining room 20 m² along with plenty of garden furniture including sun loungers for relaxing and a barbecue and table tennis table. Planted with fragrant Provencal plants such as lavender and elegant cypress trees this is a haven of peace and quiet and privacy.

This is a very peaceful place with fantastic views of the Luberon hills, the house has charming Provencal decor and furnishings and plenty of charm in the form of painted wooden beams and stone walls whilst refined and comfortable. The main garden and pool area are nice and secluded as it is well screened by trees and bushes.

Minimum stay in august : 2 weeks 

In Rustel 4 km there is an auberge, bakers which also serves as a restaurant and grocery shop. The nearest main town is Apt 7 km which is a delightful market town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Marseille Provence airport 85 km. Golf and riding 5 km. Rope course at Colorado de Rustrel 5 km. Canoe/kayak on the river at l’Isle Sur Sorgues. It is a nice area for cycling and you can hire bicycles locally and above all for amazing walks in a landscape unlike anywhere else in Europe, there is the French Colorado valley nearby which is a paradise for photographers.

Security deposit 1500 euros
Tourist taxe : 2.53 euros per person and per day.
