About this holiday rental

Really beautiful, brand new, high-quality villa, set in a large, landscaped garden with sea views, just 600 metres from the sea. Local shops 4km.

The first floor has three twin bedrooms (two 90cm x 200cm beds in each). Access to a wooden terrace with garden furniture and sea views. Two bathrooms, each with twin sinks, shower stall, hairdryer and toilet.

The ground floor has a large, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Bathroom with over-bath shower, hairdryer and toilet. Double bedroom (160cm x 200cm bed). Pool room with heated, fully automated pool, sauna, integrated Jacuzzi, steam bath and access to a terrace. Games room with billiards. Electric shutters. A cot is available.

The garden has lawned areas, a terrace with a roller blind. Views of the sea and the Glenans islands from the first floor. Children’s toys with a slide.

The price includes :

Linen, beds made on arrival.

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit (600 euros),
Tourist tax: payable all year round from 16 years old: from 1.10 € to 2.20 € per day and per person (subject to change by the municipalities)
Extra bed: 60 € per bed and per stay
Change of linen during the stay: 90 € (bed linen and towels)
Pet : 30 € per pet per week
End of stay cleaning option: 170 €.
Breakfast option (delivered to the villa): 15 € per person (minimum 8 days notice)
Beach towel rental: 5 € per towel
Cleaning during your stay (on request): 30 € / hour;
In the case of a tenant driving an electric vehicle, a supplement of 100 euros per week is required, to be specified when booking

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
