Designed by a renowned architect this beautiful villa is perfect for six or seven people to live in comfort with plenty of space and privacy with a twelve-metre long secluded pool complemented by a pool house with sauna and a gorgeous garden with beautiful lawns and mature trees offering shade too. Very well located set on a hillside in a tranquil setting just a short drive from the hillside village of Saint Jeannet, close to Vence, Saint Paul de Vence and Nice.

An entrance hall leads to a very spacious, light and airy living and dining room 50 m² with fireplace, satellite television and sliding glass doors (which retract into the walls) leading to a covered terrace overlooking the pool area and garden which is completely secluded. Charming, traditional style, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and access to the rear vine covered terrace with stone table and built-in barbeque. Just beyond at the back of the house is the boules area. A laundry room leads off from the kitchen to a tiny room 6 m² with two small bunk beds which could be used for a nanny or unfussy children. At the far end of the living-dining room is the master bedroom 40 m² which has a 160 cm x 200 cm electric bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet as well as access to a private high walled garden area with gate to the main grounds.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to a garden floor bedroom 24 m² with 160 cm x 200 m bed, access to a covered terrace overlooking the front garden and en-suite shower room and toilet.

Stairs also lead up to the first-floor bedroom 24 m² with 160 cm x 200 m bed, small balcony overlooking the pool area and en-suite shower room and toilet.

The house is refined, spacious, very well laid out and comfortable.

The very well maintained private grounds cover 7000 m² and the main feature is the pool area around the 12m x 6 m pool which has an electric retractable security cover. The pool house has a covered area with sink and there are a sauna, shower and toilet. A delightful walled garden area is for the principal use of whoever gets the master bedroom. To the rear is an area of garden which benefits from the shade of large mature trees, ideal for the boules and barbeque areas. There is also a wooden chalet 12 m² suitable for children (camping style) with two bunk beds, it is situated 20 m from the house.

There are a number of shallow terraces beyond the lawn at the front of the villa in particular and dense bamboo, bushes and trees offer plenty of privacy. Behind the house is the impressive backdrop of the mountains.

You really do have the feeling of being in a calm oasis of greenery with lovely plants and exotic palms with the advantage of very easy access to both the coast and Nice as well as the mountain villages.

In just a few minutes drive there are a small supermarket and a bakery (usefully open on Sunday mornings). Saint Jeanette for shops and restaurants 3 km. Vence 9 km. Saint Paul de Vence 10 km. Nice centre 15 km. Nice airport 14 km. Golf 20 km.
