About this holiday rental

South facing villa with a private pool and fabulous views of the sea and mountains of Corsica. The house is 500 metres walk from the beach. Sartene 15km. Restaurants 3km. Shop 5 minutes drive. Figari airport 60km.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with satellite television. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) both with sea views. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and two shower rooms. The first floor has a large terrace overlooking the pool.

There is a pleasant terrace by the pool along with plenty of garden furniture, including a barbeque.

There is a lovely sandy beach and boat hire is available.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Obligatory final cleaning charge €120 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Tax de Sejour payable locally 0.8€ per day per person. Heating for the house and firewood. Babysitting and cooking (where available).

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
