Superb contemporary luxury villa located by the sea in Telgruc-Sur-Mer with a fabulous view of the bay, it has a secluded heated pool and an outdoor hot tub on the patio which is situated outside the main living area.

Villa covering 250 m² for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms all en-suite, wifi, heated Jacuzzi.

In a particularly peaceful setting, the house has been entirely renovated and is furnished and equipped in a luxurious manner.

There is a spacious living and dining room 70 m² with a fully-equipped open plan kitchen which opens via large patio doors onto the terrace and enjoys beautiful sea views. There are three double bedrooms (180 cm wide beds in each) all with en-suite shower rooms. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en-suite shower room. Sauna. Two cots and a high chair are available.

On the patio terrace, the Jacuzzi hot tub is heated to 37°, there is also a Weber barbecue and a seven-metre-long heated pool. Garage for parking. The attractive garden is partly enclosed and is flanked by fields.

There are sailing and riding clubs 1 km, shops in Telgruc-Sur-Mer. This is an exceptional setting in Brittany, just 400 metres from a fine sandy beach which you can access in around 10 minutes walk via a small country lane. You might well be tempted to try the nearby 2 Michelin star restaurant the Auberge des Glaziks in Ploumodiern.

First shops, small super u, fish, market every week, bakery in TELGRUC SUR MER, about 4 mn by car, Crozon at 10/12mn for big stores and markets.

The price includes :

Bed linen and towels provided. Mid stay clean for holidays of 2 weeks or more.

Pool heating.

The price does not include :

Security deposit payable locally 2000 euros of which 500 euros need to be paid locally in cash on arrival and 1500 euros by credit card slip to Villas du Monde (which is cashed only if required).

Obligatory cleaning charge payable locally 140 euros as long as the villa is left reasonably clean.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
