About this holiday rental

Vast, beautiful 14th-century provencal “bastide” set in a large, enclosed garden with a huge private swimming pool and uninterrupted views of the countryside. Located near Oppede in the Luberon national park, local shops 1km, supermarket 10km. Restaurant 5km. Golf 8km and riding 5km. Marseilles 70km. The sea 60km. Very peaceful. Billiards table.

The second floor has a double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) and two further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each). Two bathrooms (one with toilet).

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), double bedroom (1 x 120cm wide bed) and two further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each). Three bathrooms and a shower room (two of which have toilets). A second living room which is every bit as comfortable as the one downstairs.

The ground floor has a spacious, comfortable living room with fireplace and authentic fourteenth-century furnishings, bar room with pinball and a billiards room. Dining room with an additional children’s dining area.

The interior has lots of authentic charm, voluminous rooms and comfortable furnishings. In all, there are five televisions.

The garden has beautiful, mature trees and a large summer kitchen and covered terrace overlooking the pool. The pool house has a changing room, shower and toilet. There is also large, built-in barbeque. Plenty of off road parking space.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card details to be supplied to UK office before directions issued - only used in the event of breakage and limited to 2000€. Final clean payable locally 140€. Heating for the house and firewood.
Tourist taxe 4.4 euros per adult and per day
