Old farmhouse, entirely restored, located only 2 km from the historic centre of Saint-Rémy de Provence with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles massif. The Villa is located in a beautiful pine forest with direct access to hiking trails.

The ground floor has large open spaces facing south. The living room is bright, large and elegant with large bay windows giving onto a large terrace. The villa also has a billiard table and large Tv lounge on the first floor and a room with a table tennis table.

The first floor can be accessed via 3 staircases (one of which is outside) and has 6 comfortable bedrooms arranged as follows : room 1- white room, bed 160 cm, shower room shared with the dormitory, room 2 - blue room (dormitory), 3 beds 90 cm, shower room shared with the white room, room 3 - caramel room, bed 180 cm, private bathroom, bathtub, room 4 - olive room, bed 160 cm, private shower room, room 5 - plum room, bed 160 cm, private shower room, room 6 - grey room, bed 160 cm, private shower room.

The property is equipped with a top of the range air conditioning system serving the whole house. The kitchen is fully equipped with its central island, it offers a convivial and functional space. The combination of wood and stone with a touch of modernity and simplicity gives a certain charm to this exceptional residence. Outside in the heart of a 1ha park is a petanque ground with tables and benches, the swimming pool 16X5, 5.50 m treated with salt and secured by a roller shutter. Exceptionally quiet, the house is surrounded by a large olive grove with 150 olive trees and lavender fields. Weber gas barbecue. Parking for several cars.

The price includes :

Household and swimming pool linen, as well as cleaning at the end of the stay, 2 x 2 hours weekly cleaning (Tuesday and Thursday).
Change of sheets from 15 days rental on Saturdays.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day.
