This villa of about 140 m2, offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a flat screen TV, WIFI and fibre, 2 reading/ aperitif corners.
From the kitchen a large glass door gives access to a terrace with garden furniture (table for 8 people and large sunshade)
The night area consists of 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom, with a king size bed (160×200), bay window, view on the pine forest, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, double basin and toilet. A staircase leads to a small room with a sofa bed for 2 children (120×170) Air conditioning/reversible heating.
1 second double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, an adjoining bathroom with single washbasin, walk-in shower. Air-conditioning/ reversible heating and independent WC.
1 last small room of 8 m² with a single bed of 90 by 200. This room is equipped with a fan.
A beautiful veranda completes the house with large sliding windows overlooking the pine forest and garden. This veranda consists of a living room and a dining room, with a large extendable table for 8 adults. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed (140 by 200), but there are no shutters in the veranda.
Outside there is a beautiful 5*10m swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m, garden furniture, deckchairs around the pool and parking for cars. A summer kitchen with a built in barbecue.
The property is non-smoking due to its location and the bbq is to be used with care.
This villa benefits from a beautiful location. A change of scenery and disconnection are guaranteed.
Central but not isolated, the house is located less than 2 kms from the village of Rognes and halfway between Lourmarin (Lubéron) and Aix-en-Provence.
