Superb “Provencal mas” set in several acres of peaceful grounds with a private swimming pool and private tennis court, uninterrupted views of the mountains and countryside. Located near the village of Peypin D'Aygues 500 metres. Aix en Provence 35 minutes drive (normally).

The accommodation comprises and entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room opening to a fully equipped kitchen. Games room. Seven bedrooms spread over the ground and upper floor. Four shower rooms and two bathrooms.

This villa is equipped and furnished with great taste.

Superb grounds with beautiful lawns and a swimming pool with rigid cover and pool house. The guardians (a couple) live on the grounds.

Minimum rental period 2 weeks.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
