About this holiday rental

A superb 18th-century property, set in a vast “domain” with woods and vineyards covering several acres with a huge swimming pool. Located near the charming village of Plan de la Tour just 6 km from the beaches of Saint Maxime 15 km and within easy driving distance of Saint-Tropez 20 km. Grimaud 7 km.

The first floor has a large bedroom suite followed by two small rooms, with a single bed (90 cm wide) and the possibility of putting two baby cots.

The ground floor has two dining rooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140 cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed). Large, master double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) which extends onto a reading room where there is a further double bed. 

In all, there are four bathrooms, four shower rooms and four toilets.

Overall this is a pleasant family orientated villa with elegant, traditional furnishings. The bathroom facilities and kitchen are in very good order.

The grounds are charming with a super pool and the unobtrusive guardians live by the entrance.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen payable locally 150€ per week. Obligatory cleaning 300€ per week. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
