About this holiday rental

Beautiful, completely restored, high quality, neo-Breton villa set in large gardens with a heated indoor swimming pool. Local shops 4km. You can walk to the beach by a footpath in less than 50 minutes.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms (160 x 200 bed  and 180*200 bed), bunk bedroom (900*200cm  wide bunk beds) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90*200 cm wide beds). Two bathrooms each with hairdryer, twin sinks and shower. Games room with children’s toys. Separate toilet. Gallery with study desk. 

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with a fireplace, billiards table and direct views of the pool. Twin bedroom (two 90cm x 200cm beds) and a bathroom with hairdryer and shower. Two toilets. The pool room houses a heated pool which opens onto a terrace with wooden deck, the pool has a jet stream, there is also a Jacuzzi, sauna, massage shower and steam room.

Exceptionally well equipped, modern, comfortable furnishings. There is very efficient underfloor heating as well as individual heaters. Possibility of an additional person in the games room (fixed bed) with a supplement of 50 euros per week.

The garden is large with lawned areas and children’s play area including a wooden swing and slide along with a toy cottage. The property enjoys an elevated setting which is not overlooked, it is quiet and peaceful with extensive grounds.

Discount for 2 consecutive weeks: 150 euros, for 3 weeks: 320 euros

The price includes :

Linen, beds made on arrival.
Free of charge, on prior request:
Baby bed and/or baby chair, maximum 2 per booking

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit (600 euros), Tourist tax: payable all year round from 16 years old: from 1.10 € to 2.20 € per day and per person (subject to change by the municipalities)
Extra bed: 60 € per bed and per stay
Change of linen during the stay: 90 € (bed linen and towels)
Pet : 30 € per pet per week
End of stay cleaning option: 170 €.
Breakfast option (delivered to the villa): 15 € per person (minimum 8 days notice)
Beach towel rental: 5 € per towel
Cleaning during your stay (on request): 30 € / hour;
In the case of a tenant driving an electric vehicle, a supplement of 100 euros per week is required, to be specified when booking

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
