Charming villa in an excellent location with a private swimming pool which is heated from May to the end of September, just ten minutes walk from the centre of the delightful village of Céreste in the heart of the Luberon National Park in Provence. The views from the garden of the hills and the perched villages in the distance are absolutely magical.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² mainly on one level for 6 people, 2 bedrooms and a gallery bedroom, 1 shower room, wifi.

There is a nice Provence style open plan kitchen which is fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker etc.) and has access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Laundry room with washing machine. Comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and television opens onto the patio terrace overlooking the pool. Shower room and separate toilet. Double bedroom (140 cm wide bed). Another double bedroom (140 cm wide bed). Eight steps lead up to a gallery bedroom (140 cm wide bed) overlooking the living room.

The interior is lovely and homely and it is the sort of place you can enjoy staying at any time of year, even the winter months. For one little one, there is a cot, high chair and potty.

The good sized garden covers 900 m² and is fully enclosed with electric gates for access. Child-friendly with playthings for children including a swing and ping-pong table there are mature trees for shade including beautiful old olive trees. The eight-metre-long swimming pool is heated (May to September) which helps sometimes in the low season. There is a gazebo by the pool where you can sit and eat in the shade and loungers for enjoying the sun. Peaceful and secluded with stunning views of the countryside you can't ask for much more. Garage for a car and carport in the garden.

An easy walk along a country lane to the village which is typical and charming, it has everything you need as there is a small supermarket, a number of small shops including a bakery and a choice of cafes and restaurants. In Apt which is 20 km and around 20 minutes drive, there is a large supermarket, numerous shops and a big market. There is a small section of rough track for about 50 metres before you arrive at the property. 

As well as the charming villages there is much to see and do in the area including visits to Avignon where you can visit the stunning Palais des Papes and see the famous bridge, the sublime Fontaine de Vaucluse which has a fascinating paper mill museum as well as walk around the ochre hills of Roussillon and the gorgeous lavender fields if you are there late June or early July (flowering does vary from year to year).

This is an ideal villa for families, friends even couples.

Pool heating on option for April, May and June and from mid-September to the end of October 110 euros per week supplement.(on request)

Tourist tax payable with the balance of the reservation . Tourist taxes per night/adults from 18 years children up to 18 years old are exempt.
Electric car charging: 80 euros per week.
All the supplements, cleaning and linen are payable locally.
