Beautiful villa with vast gardens and a large, private swimming pool. Located in a rural setting near the market town of Albi 8km where you will find comprehensive shopping and restaurant facilities.

The accommodation comprises a large living and dining room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each), a further double bedroom (1 x160cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide matching beds which can push together). Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and a shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.

Overall the villa is comfortable and well furnished.

Set in a peaceful garden with lovely views of the surrounding countryside the superb swimming pool is equipped with an alarm, there are lawns and plenty of comfortable garden furniture. The large pergola provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining.

Minimum two weeks rental in July and August.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €600 (or equivalent) payable locally. Linen is not provided but there is the possibility to hire for 13 € per personn request in advance).
final cleaning : 70 euros
