About this holiday rental

Situated equidistant between Porto Vecchio and Saint Cyprien in south-east Corsica this beautiful modern holiday villa built in 2016 with heated private pool with electric security cover is set in the low hills just 5 minutes drive from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 8-10 people, 4-5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a very spacious light comfortable living and dining room with big patio door opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Modern open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.). Bedroom (no window) with double sofa bed (160 cm wide) and a bathroom with toilet.

The upper floor has two large master double bedrooms (160 cm wide beds in each) with a balcony and superb views. Shower room with toilet. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and another shower room. Separate toilet.

The villa REDONA has air conditioning throughout.

There is a summer kitchen on the patio with a 'plancha' hot plate sink and a fridge, an ideal spot for cooking and eating outdoors.

The good sized grounds cover 1460 m² and there is a superb ten-metre long infinity swimming pool which is heated so especially useful for low season holidays. There are lovely terraces on various levels, some shaded, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Sun loungers, garden chairs and tables are provided along with a table tennis table and a table football.

The extra special feature of this villa is the large heated pool and it's proximity to very nice beaches.

NOTE: The capacity of this villa can be adjusted to 2,3,4 or 5 bedrooms with adapted prices depending on the season.
