The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) which commands fabulous sea views out of each window on both sides of the bed. There is access to a balcony with sea views. Bathroom with raised bath (with sea views), shower stall and toilet.

The ground floor has a beautiful, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with preparation island which is all very tastefully tiled. There is an additional rear kitchen/laundry room with access to the rear garden. The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
