On 170 m2 approximately, the villa is composed of a vast living room of 45 m2, kitchen entirely equipped, and 4 rooms with two shower-rooms and a bathroom, three double rooms, 2 beds of 140 and a bed of 160, a room reserved for the children with a double sofa bed and bunk beds. The whole has been redone and fully air-conditioned. The furniture is refined and elegant. TV, wifi, superb view from the living room opening onto the terrace.

Outside, the house is located on 2500 m2 in terraces, heated swimming pool, 8*3 swimming corridor, jacuzzi in a terrace, garden furniture, ping pong, remarkable view.

The beaches are about 3/5 km away, and there are many sites to discover, notably the wild coast with magnificent coastal paths on Giens, the Golden Islands, the Carmignac foundation, the Villa Nouilles, and the beach of Almanarre which is 10 minutes away from the house and is very famous for windsurfing and kite surfing.
