Charming good-sized holiday house with private pool to rent in the Dordogne situated in the village of Pomport near the famous vineyards of Montbazillac, surrounded by countryside it is very peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The house has a large comfortable sitting room with big windows and full-size patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. A second Perigourdine style living and dining room with exposed wooden beams. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, America fridge/freezer etc.). Two double bedrooms (160 cm x 200 beds in each. Another double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed). Two shower rooms both with toilets.

True to its roots in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre the architecture is typical of the area although a modern extension offers extra spacious and light accommodation and a nice combination of traditional and contemporary styles.

The large grounds cover 4000 m² and there is a seven and a half metre long swimming pool with surrounding terrace equipped with sun loungers. There is garden furniture for eating outdoors as well as a barbecue and plenty of flat lawn for children to play. There are a garage and a parking space within the limits of the garden. Pool opened on the 1th May until 15th october.
