About this holiday rental

This is a manor style property set in vast grounds with a large private swimming pool and a private tennis court. This impressive holiday home is located at the foot of the Pyrenees, between Foix and Saint Girons. The local shops (including the supermarket) and restaurants are 2km from the house. The nearest airports to the gite are Carcassonne, Toulouse and Pau.

The ground floor has a spacious living room, a further sitting room and a dining room. There is a very big, fully equipped kitchen.

Overall there are nine bedrooms each with different decor, along with nine bath or shower rooms, all with toilets, in all there are six double beds and nine singles. In addition, there is a small single room and three separate toilets. There are two cots available along with television and internet access.

The property is in very good order and is furnished and equipped in keeping with the nature of the property.

The grounds cover several acres and include woods and parkland which is traversed by a small river which you can swim in. There is plenty of good quality garden furniture which allows you to dine outdoors and relax by the pool.

There is the possibility to arrange catering at a supplement on request (please check at the time of booking).

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Two hours cleaning per day included. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €1000 payable locally and credit card details held for maximum withdrawal of 1500€ in the case of damages. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (available on request) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
