It is located in a private and secure domain accessible to people with reduced mobility in the middle of a luxuriant vegetation. The access to the shops, the port and the beach is on foot (800 m), very rare.

Recently built, in a contemporary style, this superb villa of 200m² is located in a quiet and protected site. On two levels, it offers two living spaces with each one a living-dining room, very luminous by the many picture windows giving on the sea. The rooms are very pleasantly furnished, with comfortable sofas, a careful decoration, and open onto several terraces with garden furniture, parasols and barbecue. Here too, the view of the sea is exceptional. Two fully equipped kitchens (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Ideal for 2 families.

The night space is composed of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 with double bed , one with sofa bed they also share 3 shower rooms and a bathroom and 4 separate toilets. . The villa's air-conditioning is set up so that all rooms can be kept at a comfortable temperature.

Outside, the villa overlooks a beautiful grassy garden with trees of 800m² with a nice private pool , small bath for children and large baths, several covered/open terraces with plenty of garden furniture. There is a lift to all levels from the car park (which can accommodate four cars) at the top to the pool at the bottom and the villa is wheelchair friendly. There are also outside steps from the car park to the lower level of the villa, which gives added independence as there is also a second kitchen. The location is quite charming. All water activities are nearby, but also all kinds of shops. The beach of La Garonette is 800 m away on foot.

River shuttle to St TROPEZ, the islands of PORQUEROLLES, Port CRAU Commerce nearby. A few metres away, several restaurants on the waterfront. You can get there on foot.
