Very attractive villa set in pretty, tranquil grounds with a private swimming pool and magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Located within walking distance (15 minutes on foot) of the Ste Lucie beach near the village of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio 5km, which has comprehensive shopping and restaurant facilities, is just north of Porto Vecchio 20km. Pinarello beach 2km by car. Figari airport 30km. Bastia airport 112km.

The upper floor (main level) has a living and dining room with double sofa bed, television and the internet, Patio doors open to a large patio which commands superb views of the sea and the mountains. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and laundry area. Descend six steps to a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bathroom. From the living room steps lead up to a gallery bedroom with 140cm wide bed and a private balcony.

The ground floor (independent access) has a large studio with kitchenette, sleeping area (1 x 160cm wide bed and 2 x 80cm wide bunk beds) and a shower room with toilet. This opens onto a beautiful terrace and the pool area.

The swimming pool is equipped with a child alarm and there is an outside shower. The garden is adorned with beautiful flowering plants.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 500€ and credit card details retained in the for a maximum deduction of 2000€. Change-over and final cleaning charge payable locally 150€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
