The villa of about 200 m2 is composed as follows :

The 1st level offers 4 bedrooms, the video games room with access to the outside, cinema or seminar room and 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs.
The 2nd level consists of the living room, lounge and kitchen. The whole is spacious and bright.
The 3rd level offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and 1 WC.

The night area offers 7 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds each and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

The garden is completely enclosed and there is a large private car park on site.

With its 13 km long coastline and three fine sandy beaches, Perros is a paradise for families and water sports enthusiasts. One of its neighbourhoods, Ploumanac'h, a former fishermen's hamlet that has become a tourist mecca, offers the visitor an almost unreal view with its pink rocks, imposing heaps of stone sculpted by the sea and the wind. A natural site of exceptional beauty. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and Trégastel, Perros-Guirec is within walking distance via the GR34.
