Situated in the Beziers hinterland in Occitanie this beautiful holiday rental property which has been entirely restored in 2018 has a private swimming pool. Located forty-five minutes’ drive from the superb wide sandy beaches of Valras and cap d’Agde, near the Cathares city of Lamalou.

Villa accommodation covering 300 m² for 14 people, 7 bedrooms, 6 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, home cinema, wifi.

In the house, there are a number of sitting rooms and a dining room along with an ultra-modern kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic and gas hob, American fridge/freezer etc.).

The house has plenty of refined charm and an excellent combination of modern furnishings and fittings alongside traditional. Six double bedrooms, three bathrooms and two shower rooms. By the pool, there is a seventh double bedroom and shower room.

Set in very big grounds covering 20000 m² with garden area and woodland with a wood cabin where you can relax, there is a good-sized eleven-metre-long private swimming pool which has a radar alarm for child security. There are a number of patio terraces where you can eat outdoors and a poolside summer kitchen with a hot plate grill. A boules area and table tennis are amongst the numerous amusements available.

There is the possibility of a request for the services of a cook, baby sitter and cleaner.

The shops are within 2 km and 6 km. There is an organic market in Bédarieux every week. Golf course 1 km. Activities in the area include rafting, riding and walking. There are also a number of places worth visiting including the Héric gorge, Olargues village, the Canal du Midi and the Fontroid abbey in Minerbes.
