About this holiday rental

Attractive contemporary villa with Italianate décor and panoramic views on hills and sea . Located in the hills above Villefranche near Cap-Ferrat. 

The upper floor has a master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), shower room and dressing. Twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Communal bathroom with toilet and dressing.  

The ground floor has a large, very light living and dining room opening to the terrace overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.

The garden floor has a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet. 

This villa is very comfortably furnished. 

The four bedrooms have air conditioning.   

Minimum stay two weeks for reservations in July and August.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Three hours a week cleaning included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Security deposit must be done either by bank card slip to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer
Obligatory final clean payable locally : 200 euros
Tourist taxes

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
