Between Paimpol and Saint Malo, with a very nice view on the panoramic sea, in a dominant position, close to all shops, the port of Saint Quay Portrieux, beach on foot, about 300m, this villa formerly belonging to a famous sailor, has a rare and quiet environment for peaceful holidays, without car.

On a 700 m2 enclosed garden in its natural state, the villa has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the ground floor, two other bedrooms with a second shared bathroom. The interior is simple but pleasant, open to the sea view.

Fixed barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture, enclosed garden. Possibility to park your car inside the property. Beach, port, restaurants, shops within 250/300m.

Saint Quay Portrieux is located in the Côtes d'Armor, equidistant from Paimpol and Saint Mâlo, about 24 mn, a charming and much sought-after region for its wild and preserved side. Ideal to discover this part of Brittany, this villa seems to us to present a very good value for money.

Cleaning at the end of your stay: 90 euros. Linen, 15 euros per stay and per person. Wood for the fireplace. Electricity except from 15 June to 15 September.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
