Luxurious villa set in beautiful grounds with a huge private swimming pool and Jacuzzi along with an elegant gazebo with sea views. Located twenty-five minutes walk from the centre of Stoupa and the beach.

Villa accommodation on two floors for 2 adults and one small child, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Satellite television, wifi internet, air conditioning.

The upper floor (accessed by an open spiral staircase): has a large double bedroom (180cm wide bed) with television and en suite bathroom, opens onto a wide sun terrace with a fabulous view of the mountains behind and the sea in front.

The ground floor entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) which opens onto a covered patio terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Richly decorated dining room and a comfortable living room with fireplace and television.

The interior decor is a lavish style, typical of the area, Employing stone and wood combined with up to date fittings and equipment, all top quality, air conditioning throughout.

The enclosed outdoor area is sumptuous Equally with the huge pool (which has a healthy, eco-friendly saltwater filtration system) Taking training centre flanked by a handsome gazebo which has comfortable cushions so you can sit and enjoy the views Reviews towards the sea. Stoupa is set on an idyllic cockle shell shaped bay with a sandy beach lined with charming tavernas and bars, all nice and low key, along with shops shop. There are two supermarkets nearby and there is a very enjoyable dedicated cycle lane which winds along the coast to the pretty, small fishing harbour of Agios Nicolaus, It makes for a pleasant evening stroll too. There is a discrete place to dance by night if you wish. In the mountains are beautiful villages which are interesting to visit and good places to eat lunch.

Kalamata airport is 50 km (taxi fares are so reasonable if you do not mind walking 25 minutes into Stoupa centre and the beach. Then You can do without a car). Athens Airport is three and a half hours drive (mostly motorway).
