Villa Erdali was constructed in 2015, adhering to the Cycladic style of architecture. This stunning villa has a charming private plunge pool that offers panoramic views of the sea. Situated just an 8-minute drive from the beautiful Golden Beach, it provides unparalleled vistas of the Aegean Sea and the nearby coastline. Its exceptional location, along with its meticulous construction, makes it an ideal choice for spending your summer vacation.

This fully air-conditioned residence spans 180 square meters and is a two-story structure, surrounded by a verdant walled garden that covers 2500 square meters. There is a lovely outdoor seating area with a pergola that provides a perfect spot to admire the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The villa is tastefully furnished and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private parking area.

Detailed description

The ground floor consists of a living room, which has a sitting area with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a large door opening towards the sea view.

Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor:

– The first bedroom has a 160×200 cm. double bed, closets and an en-suite bathroom.

– The second bedroom has a 160×200 cm. double bed, closets and a bathroom close to it.

An interior marble staircase leads to the lower level and to the other two bedrooms of the villa:

– The third bedroom has two single beds which can be connected to a double bed and closets.

– The fourth bedroom has two single beds, which can be connected to a double bed and closets.

These bedrooms share a bathroom with a roomy shower. A washing machine is also located here.

All bedrooms have a natural tone decor offering a calm ambience.

The villa has a spacious outdoor seating area, which is covered by a pergola and it includes a large dining marble table that seats up to 8 people Outdoors, there is a beautiful plunge pool that offers incomparable views to the Aegean azure sea.

The price includes :

Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.

Maid service: The villa will be cleaned twice per week.

Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen two times per week.

Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products.

The price does not include :

Payment of the security deposit, which must be made either by credit transfer to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
