Villa Opeda has an open living space with modern furniture paired with calming white colors, leading to an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. A large wooden dining table surrounded by large openings where the sun warms the atmosphere is inviting the guests for dinner. Comfortable white welcoming couches fill the living room area where the direct view to the sea gives the impression that you were always there. Calmness and quietness embrace the sun during the morning hours and give a sense of relaxation. 

At the same level of villa Opeda, three en-suite double bedrooms invite the guests into a very comfortable stay in a minimalistic décor. 

A mezzanine-style, en-suite double bedroom, only a few steps higher and a twin en-suite bedroom just a few steps lower, offer direct access outdoors, completing in this way the villa’s layout.

A large swimming pool of 13 meters long times 5.5 meters wide with an extraordinary panoramic view of the Golden Beach area is the main outdoor meeting point. Spacious areas outside that have direct access from different indoor points lead to the swimming pool. The pool has an exclusive sea view and pergola-covered areas. White cushions, soft fabrics and modern decor details ensure both an atmospheric as well as comfortable accommodation. Greeneries around the patios complete the garden of this luxurious property.
