About this holiday rental

On the Greek island of Paros in the Cyclades group this magnificent architect designed villa has a rather chic interior and wonderful views of the Aegean sea. Situated in the south west of the island in the Ageria region in a highly desirable tranquil setting near to two of the island’s most beautiful beaches, Farangas (10 minutes drive) and Golden beach (7 minutes).

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² all on one level comprising the main house, a 1st annexe and the 2nd annexe with an independent entrance (always taken all together) for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The main house has a spacious living and dining area 50 m² which opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Fully equipped modern open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and all you need for a self-catering holiday). Double bedroom with sea views and access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. Double bedroom with sea views and access to the terrace and an en-suite shower room with toilet. Double bedroom with sea views and en-suite shower room and toilet. Separate toilet.

Annexe 1 has a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Double bedroom and a shower room and toilet.

Annexe 2 – with independent access, has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.

All of the bedrooms in the main house and both annexes have air conditioning.

The very big grounds cover 8000 m² and there is an eleven-metre-long swimming pool as well as a large summer kitchen with covered terrace and a beautiful relaxing area where you can sit and enjoy a drink or a book or the amazing views of the Aegean sea and the mountains. There are sun loungers for relaxing poolside and garden furniture for eating outdoors as well as a barbecue.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
