Large country house split into four units, ideal for a number of families on holiday together or a large group. Set in peaceful grounds with a private swimming pool and lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the valley below. Shops and restaurants in Pienza 2km. Arezzo 60km. Florence 120km.

The ground floor has an internal courtyard which gives access to a comfortable living and dining room where everyone can eat together with fireplace and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Independent access to another living and dining room with a small kitchenette and fireplace. Bathroom. Steps up to the first floor which has a double bedroom and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed).

Independent access to another ground floor living and dining room with small kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom. Internal staircase to the first floor with a double bedroom and a small room with a double bed and bathroom.

Via external steps, to the first floor, there is a living and dining room with kitchenette. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Two single beds can be added in these rooms on request.

The interior is practical and there is wi-fi internet.

There are a super swimming pool and plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbeque and gazebo for eating outdoors whilst enjoying the views of the Orcia valley.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating: Euro 100 euros per day (if used).
Swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
