The villa Antea offers air-conditioned accommodation for up to thirteen people with superb views of the sea. The sea is 10 metres from the villa, the sandy beach 500 metres walk. Shops 700 metres. Restaurant 900 metres. Main shops and more restaurants and cafes 3km. Tennis 8km. Catania airport 61km.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom or shower room. Two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom or shower room.

The ground floor has a beautiful living room with fireplace, satellite television, CD and DVD player, wifi internet and access to the terrace. Dining room with large windows and a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Double bedroom with desk and sofa bed. Two bathrooms with shower.

The interior is very tasteful and the furnishing very comfortable. There is a covered terrace with summer kitchen with barbeque where you can cook and dine in the shade overlooking the pool.

The garden has lawned areas and mature trees offering natural shade, the pool and the sea offer a magic combination. This fantastic villa is set in a perfect location for a truly memorable holiday.

An adjoining apartment discreetly accommodates a cleaning lady who looks after the villa each day.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity up to the allowance of 300kw per week. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final cleaning included.Garden and pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 17.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 1000€ (or equivalent) payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating.
If electricity consumption passes the allocation of 500kw/h per week the extra is paid locally at 0.40€ per kW.
Tourist tax.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
