About this holiday rental

Charming villa with private pool, immersed in the fragrances of the Pugliese countryside, more precisely in Serranova di Carovigno, just 5 kilometres from the sandy beach of Torre Guaceto (nature reserve with beautiful sea, on the coast of Brindisi). It can accommodate up to 12 people.

The main body of the villa consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfortable sofa. The sleeping area opens onto a corridor beyond sliding doors. It consists of 4 bedrooms: a double bedroom (bed 180cmx200cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower), a standard double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The sleeping area is complemented by a bathroom (shower). Each room has air conditioning. Next to the pool, in total privacy, is the annex with a double bedroom and a bathroom (shower).

Outside there is an elegant swimming pool (11mx3.5m) in relaxing dark tones, surrounded by nature and olive trees, and a stone solarium furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols. The front veranda, shaded by a canisse, has a large marble table for al fresco dining and a built-in barbecue. There are also other areas in the garden where you can relax.

The villa is just 5 kilometres from the beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla. A wide range of services are available, including excursions, a mini-train to the beaches and car parks of the nature reserve, sailing lessons, wind-surfing, diving and bird-watching. The nearest village is about 1 km away (Serranova). We also highlight the proximity of famous places in the province of Brindisi, such as the medieval towns of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica. Brindisi airport is just 15 minutes away by car.

The price includes :
