About this holiday rental

Recently renovated holiday home with large private pool and garden in Tuscany, Italy. The villa Cecilia can accommodate up to eight people and is located near Cesa 3km and Castiglion Fiorentino 4km where there is a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Arezzo 20km. Florence 85km. Pisa airport 191km.

The upper floor (which can also be accessed via outdoor steps) has a sitting room with double sofa bed. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Large bathroom with shower.

The ground floor has a living room with large fireplace, sofa bed and piano. Small bathroom with toilet. A few steps to the dining room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a covered terrace where you can dine outdoors in the shade.

The interior retains many of the original features of wooden beams, brick arches and red tiles which give the property its charm, otherwise, the decor is nice and neutral and the furnishings comfortable. The piano, which is tuned, is made by Brizzi and Niccolai of S. Clombo Torino (only really suitable for recreational use, not for musicians).

The garden is lovely, there is a lawn by the twelve-metre long pool with outdoor shower and mature Cyprus trees, so typical of Tuscany. There is plenty of garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside.

The price includes :

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set).

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 140.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
